Millie Arnold, certified property manager (CPM), and Kristi Dutcher, CPM candidate, formed Dutcher/Arnold LLC in 2004 to provide facilities management, project management, and move management services to tribal, government, public and private sectors.

Together, the principals have more than 60 years of diversified commercial real estate property management and project management experience.

In the past five years, their company has delivered a series of major projects on-time and on-budget thanks to proprietary on-task, can-do internal processes developed by Dutcher and Arnold.

Dutcher/Arnold’s depth of management experience and record of superior performance are strong enough to tackle projects ranging from modifications in an existing facility to a turn-key, nationwide relocation of offices, workstations and personnel.

We have a proven ability to assemble a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to define the scope of work, meet requirements, and complete projects with significantly high marks. And, we have necessary skills for defining, assessing, and solving problems associated with multi-faceted contracts.
